is a cast of writers, photographers, music junkies, and minds focus on the Lubbock music scene.  More than anything, it’s updates, news, and schedules for the Lubbock area. It’s who’s playing where, when, and why. New Slang is the current. It’s music news. It’s Lubbock local.
