Check out the latest music video, an intimate capture of “Sloe Gin,” from Amanda Shires. “Sloe Gin” is the sixth song from 2011′s “Carrying Lightning” to receive the music video treatment. It joins, “When You Need A Train It Never Comes,”  ”Shake The Walls,” “Ghost Bird,” “Swimmer…,” and “Detroit or Buffalo.” The video was directed by Joshua Black Wilkins, who has directed handful of other Shires songs. Shires was recently named by Texas Music Magazine the 2011 Artist of the Year, a much deserved recognition.

Since we’re all huge Shires fans, we’ve gone ahead and tracked down the other official videos for your viewing and listening pleasure.
